The Historic Stranahan House Museum near Fort Lauderdale is the oldest house in Broward County and was built in 1894 by Frank and Ivy Stranahan. The museum is open to the public and features exhibits on the history of Fort Lauderdale and the Stranahan family. The house is also available for rent for special events.

The Stranahan House was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1974 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Fort Lauderdale and is a must-see for anyone interested in the history of the city.
